Wonderful Stay

We received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful family room upon arrival. The room featured two comfortable beds and a nice sofa with a table. I found a box of Celebrations in the room (a thoughtful touch for Christmas!). I enjoyed using the clean swimming pool and the heated loungers.
The restaurant service felt a little slow during peak hours. It took longer than expected to receive our orders one evening.

excellent stay

The room had two comfortable double beds with access to a patio. It was a great space. the bathroom included an excellent shower over the bath. i appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided in the fridge. A thoughtful touch i find uncommon these days.
I stayed one night and i noticed the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It made sleeping difficult.

The staff offered an excellent service and looked quite friendly. they were helpful and readily accommodated my family's specific needs, including storing bikes and managing our dog. They were great.

The on-site leisure facilities, including the pool and gym, were a decent addition.
I was given a Classic Double Room. It had a noticeable damp smell, which wasn't pleasant. The silicone sealant in the bathroom needed replacing, and the shower pressure was weak (a proper letdown after a long day).

The breakfast selection had a lot of choice. The location was convenient for exploring Kenilworth and Warwick. The road connections are easy to reach junction 15 of the M40!!!
